Wexford-Missaukee Intermediate School District *
In 2008, we launched an internal communications plan at the WMISD to open the lines of communication among their internal departments and to communicate a unified message to the public. We created a Style Guide to ensure proper use of their logos and taglines. A joint newsletter, monthly marketing meeting and public relations action plans are on-going.
Details: A new newsletter for the WMISD titled "Focus on the Future" was developed to publish every month to a rotating audience of Teachers, Business and Students/Parents. New advertisement layout, recruitment materials, a PSA commercial and 3 minute video was produced to encourage 8th Grade students and their Parents to consider the Career Technical Center as an option during their Junior and Senior years. Many more on-going projects to assist the public in better understanding the services provided by the WMISD to it's seven districts, teachers, students, parents, businesses and community at large.

Beem Fence Company
In 2007, Beem Fence began to manufacture and sell the equipment they use for their fence installation business. The market identified: ranchers, large property owners and other 4' to 10' fence installation companies. Working closely with the owner we created the Beem Fence Logo, Stretchmaster and Postpounder logos, assisted with the patent and registrations, assisted in developing the over-all look of the equipment (color, labeling, etc.), developed all of the material content for the website, brochures, video, tradeshow materials, national advertising campaign, and consulted on national and international distribution strategies. Work is ongoing as new products are being developed.

Skills Challenge
In January of 2008, Skills Challenge was ready to take the golf industry by storm and launch at the Grand Rapids Golf Show in February. With a patent pending and a few short weeks, we developed the logo, character and the over-all brand to include design and content for the website (including POS, live video & jackpot interfaces), brochures, video, media/sales kit and an on-course charity fundraiser product launch.

Cadillac Title
Cadillac Title owned it's URL and utilized it for e-mail solely. In a few short months of 2007 we worked closely with their team and developed a new logo, electronic stationary, content and design for their extensive website.

Accent Orthodontics *
Two orthodontists decided to merge their practices into one with a new name, one location and possible operational changes. We worked closely with them to confidentially develop their logo, stationary, merger announcements, yellow page and newspaper advertising, and window treatments.

Pine Grove Athletic Club *
As a small business PGAC needed some additional marketing planning with a limited budget. Over the course of 2 years, we have worked closely with them to polish current internal and external programs, boost up their Public Relations efforts and maintain a quarterly consultation meeting. Examples of the internal programs include: event posters, badges & banners; internal advertising panels; corporate program package; and a new member package. Examples of external programs include: event promotions, posters, community involvement, press releases and advertising content.
