With 15 years of successful in-house marketing for a rubber and plastics manufacturer and then a multi-discipline engineering firm, Joy VanDrie identified a need and had a desire to start The Identity Builder. At first it was a part-time venture, then as supply and demand factored in, an opportunity presented itself to take it to the next level as a full-time business. She now applies her talents, experience, network and training skills to the benefit of her clients, to ensure that the plan developed: is organized so clients can understand it, positions the brand in the marketplace, offers a promotional plan that fits the budget and has considered appropriate sales tools and training for a successful implementation.
